i grew up in the woods, on an island off an island.

i have always loved nature, food, music and movement, and i always will.

for many years, i worked in cafes, restaurants and bars. i love tending social spaces and taking care of people, but the demands of the industry wore me out. i sought a new way.

wondering what to do, i recalled receiving craniosacral when living NYC and loving it. soon after this recollection, an intuitive friend encouraged me to follow this path, and it felt right, so i did.

i studied under Kate Klemer and Alexa Williamson at Divine Structure in Massachusetts, completing a two-year, 700 hour training.
